Okinawa has over 30 bullfighting tournaments throughout the year. Most important among them are the all-island bullfighting tournaments in spring, summer, and fall. The Spring Tournament is the largest and decides the top fighting bull on the island. It usually attracts approximately 3,000 spectators.

No parking is available on the multipurpose dome parking lot reserved for the participating cattle trucks and invited guests. Shuttle buses run from Ishikawa Town Hall.
