Play and swim with dolphins at Motobu Genki Mura

Motobu Genki Mura is a complex of wellness and recreational facilities managed by the Oceanic Wellness Foundation, providing a variety of activities and hands-on cultural and craft workshops at affordable prices. Here you can also have the rare opportunity to interact with dolphins. The dolphin activities in particular are very popular; you're highly recommended to make your reservation as early as possible.

Dolphin Adventure

(Duration: 90 minutes)

This program allows you to learn about the sea and what lives there, such as dolphins, tropical fish and coral reefs. Additionally, participants are invited to observe a variety of colorful tropical fish species swimming in the Fureai Lagoon and to enjoy a ride on the back of a dolphin by holding on to its dorsal fin.

*Participants must be 6 years of age or older, 130cm or taller and must be able to swim 25m without assistance.
*Participants must bring their own swimwear.
*Please provide your height and weight at time of reservation.

Swim with Dolphins

(Duration: 50 minutes)

This program includes a learning session about dolphin evolution as well as a first-hand experience interacting with dolphins in the water. You can "feel" the dolphins and observe their impressive swimming up close.

*Participants must be 6 years of age or older, 130cm or taller and must be able to swim 25m without assistance.
*Participants must bring their own swimwear.

Dolphin School

(Duration: 50 minutes)

This program is designed for participants to learn about dolphins through fun games and actually interact with them in shallow, knee-deep water.

*Participants aged between 0-2 must be accompanied by a guardian.
*This program is open to all, from infants to adults.
*Participants should wear clothes that can get wet.
