A primordial jungle with dinosaurs makes for an otherworldly experience in Okinawa

The Anettai-no-Mori botanical garden has reopened as a dinosaur-themed park in an ancient subtropical forest of cyathea (flying spider monkey tree ferns), anthurium and orchids. You will encounter more than 80 mechanical dinosaurs in just a 30 to 40-minute adventure in the park, and with an AR tablet (¥300) you can have a 3D view of the creatures. A dinosaur souvenir store and Okashi Goten, a souvenir shop specializing in purple sweet potatoes, are located on the premises.
