The Chatan Town Tourist Information Center is dedicated to providing visitors with information on sightseeing spots in Chatan and local events and festivals in a number of languages. In addition, the town's specialty products and souvenir items are on display and for sale at the center. Also available are a baggage storage room (500 yen/day), bicycle rentals (500 yen for 4 hours), tablets for researching local venues and a barrier-free washroom.
