Ikemama, Miyakojima City (Miyako Island)
Ikema Ohashi is a 1,425-meter-long bridge that connects Miyako and Ikema islands. The bridge was opened in February 1999 and cost 10 billion yen to build.

Kadena Arena is the home of Ryukyu Dragon Pro-wrestling, established in 2013. Ryukyu Dragon Pro-wrestling features Okinawan-themed wrestlers, each of them representing something that the island is well known for, such as gurukun (fusilier fish in the Okinawan dialect) and typhoons. This pro-wrestling group entertains people of all ages with its very serious yet sometimes quite humorous performances. Pro-Wrestling shows and the other events are regularly enjoyed at this arena.

In addition to a hot spring, a variety of water relaxation facilities are also available such as an indoor swimming pool and an open-air wave pool that can be accessed by paying the entrance fee for the hot springs.

At this westernmost and northernmost cape of the island are wind turbines that generate power. The turbines provide an iconic view of the cape.

This shopping complex consists of a variety of fashion boutiques selling international and domestic brands, sweet shops, miscellaneous stores such as MUJI, and a bookstore as well as restaurants, a civic theater, an art gallery and a museum. Palette Kumoji is directly connected to the Kencho-mae monorail station.
In the reopened food market on the first basement floor, visitors can enjoy high-end grocery shopping along with a tempting selection of deli items.

Kurima Ohashi is a bridge that connects Miyako and Kurima islands. The scene can be vastly different depending on the tide. Many locals and visitors cross the bridge to enjoy the stunning views it offers.
