At Eisa EXPO 2016 visitors can enjoy both traditional eisa shows by local groups and contemporary eisa performances by Requios, the winner of the previously held Worldwide Eisa Festival; Kobudo-taiko-shudan Kajimai; and Chijinshu-Waka Tii-da with their new-style eisa featuring innovative elements, along with performances by eisa groups from other parts of Japan and overseas, making this event a large exposition of eisa. A history exhibition explaining the origins of eisa and a paranku drum-making session are also scheduled.
