The beach opening ceremony is at 11:00, following which the 21st Century Forest Beach will be open to swimmers. This festival includes a number of fun marine activities such as haarii & canoe ride experiences between 11:00 and 14:00. Please note that these activities are offered on a first-come-first-served basis and there is a cost of 200 yen for the ride’s insurance fee.
